In 2000, Samantha began selling real estate as a licensed agent with her brothers’ company, JulySix.com. The following year, she started July Six Real Estate with the goal of bringing her hospitality-related background of service, professionalism and innovative marketing to the local real estate community.

Samantha is an e-Pro Certified Realtor and an active member in the Contra Costa Association of Realtors, California and National Association of Realtors and the Clayton Business & Community Association.

She currently serves as a member of the Contra Costa Realtors in Motion (CCRIM), a membership-based organization that promotes knowledge of home listing inventory and local market conditions. She also serves on the Professional Standards: Grievance Committee for The Contra Costa Association of Realtors.

She has served as president of a local homeowner’s association for seven years, is a past-president of the San Francisco Chapter of the Hotel Sales & Marketing Association, and sits on the curriculum advisory committee for the Hotel & Restaurant Department at City College of San Francisco.
