If you would like to be a monthly or weekly room sponsor during the 2011 calendar year please read the following information and procedures carefully. The first step is to note that 2011 sponsors will have the first right to remain a sponsor for the 2012 season.

 

Payment for sponsorships must be paid in advance by check or credit card using CCRIM's PayPal account.

Monthly "Room" Sponsor

Investment: $395.00 per month / includes the following:

- You will be provided 5-minutes to address the membership during

   one of the meetings of the month of your sponsorship

- You will receive President’s recognition each and every week
- You may place literature or handouts on the main room table.
- You may place a banner up on the wall  (no larger that 3’x5’ please).
- You may place a center piece or flyer on the tables the day you speak.

- Your name and phone number will be placed on the tour sheets.

- Your name and phone number will be placed on the web site.

(Special Value: $595.00 for a two-month paid sponsorship commitment / second subsequent month must fall within 2011)

 

Monthly "Coffee" Sponsor

Investment: $250.00 per month / includes the following:

- You will be provided 2-minutes to address the membership during 

   one of the monthly meetings

- You will receive President’s recognition each and every week
- You may place a banner up on the wall over the coffee area

   (no larger that 3’x5’ please)
- Your name/logo will be featured as Coffee Sponsor in a 8"X10" frame near

   the coffee

- You may place a center piece, literature or handouts on the tables
- Your name and phone number will be placed on the tour sheets that month

- Optional: you may supply your company’s personally-branded coffee cups

   (150 count weekly)

 

Monthly "Breakfast" Sponsor

Investment: $250.00 per month / includes the following:

- You will be provided 2-minutes to address the membership during one of the

   monthly meetings

- You will receive President’s recognition each and every week
· You may place a banner up on the wall over the breakfast buffet

   (no larger that 3’x5’ please)

- Your name/logo will be featured as Breakfast Sponsor in a 8"X10" frame

   near the breakfast buffet
- You may place a center piece, literature or handouts on the tables
- Your name and phone number will be placed on the tour sheets that month.

- Optional: you may supply your company’s personally-branded napkins

   (250 count weekly)

 

Weekly "Room" Sponsorship

Investment: $125.00 per week / includes the following:

 

- You will be provided 2-minutes to address the membership during that 

  meeting

- You will receive President’s recognition that week

- You may place literature or handouts on the main room table.

- You may place a banner up on the wall (no larger that 3’x5’ please).

- You may place a center piece or flyer on the tables the day you speak.

- Your name and phone number will be placed on the tour sheets that week.

- Please note: presenting weekly sponsor is limited to 2 sponsorships

  maximum per month which may not occur on consecutive back-to-back 

  weeks (within that month or in the adjacent month).

 

Additional Details...

• Checks should be made payable to Contra Costa Realtors in Motion.
• Any Company who does not receive a Sponsorship will be placed on a
• waiting list in the event a sponsoring Company is unable to perform.
• Partnering of some sponsorships may include up to 4 partners upon Vice President’s pre-approval.
• During October of each year the Board will announce the sign-ups for sponsorship of the following calendar year meetings.
• Sponsors from the previous year will have first right of refusal and then any available spots will be filled with new sponsors.
• We will also develop a waiting list for those companies who do not get a sponsorship during this process.
